Today is usually associated with being the day of rest but that wasn't to be the case. Luckily my family were on hand to provide assistance and also that there were just enough hours in the day to complete the tasks. Most of the household products that aren't used or break find themselves retired to the garage. Over the course of the year this has built up to a reasonable amount of unnecessary 'baggage' so our first task was to figure out what was worth salvaging and to take the remainder to the waste site.
In between the journeys to the waste site I also had to collect a cabinet that my partner had bid for on eBay and take my daughter horse riding. It wasn't until late in the afternoon when it settled so I purchased a Christmas tree with my daughter to take home and decorate. It was wider than what I expected but it looks great...
