To understand how another person truly feels is always difficult, maybe at times we take too much for granted and don't really feel that we're hurting someone. I know that if I were given the choice there are certain aspects of the last few weeks that I would definitely change.

I wanted to share the above poem from Stephen Packer that made me realise that being stubborn doesn't help any situation. According to many sources January brings more breakups than any other month, this could be that the new year signals new beginnings. A time for reflection on the previous year, probably the reason why Valentines Day in February is so significant...
